| 16 | | - | SECTION 1. 165.75 (1) (b) of the statutes is amended |

| 18 | | - | 165.75 (1) (b) “Employee” means any person in the |
|---|
| 19 | | - | service of the laboratories. “Employee” does not include |
|---|
| 20 | | - | any division administrator. |

| 21 | | - | NOTE: SECTION 1 deletes a provision in the definition of |

| 22 | | - | an employee that currently excludes a division administrator. |
