| 15 | 15 | | service availability and reimburse the utilities and cooperatives for conducting the |

| 16 | 16 | | surveys. The bill also requires PSC to require Internet service providers to disclose |

| 17 | 17 | | to PSC the properties they serve and the average minimum download and upload |

| 18 | 18 | | speeds at which they provide residential and business service to those properties. |

| 19 | 19 | | PSC must use the survey results and information disclosed to improve broadband |
