2023 WISCONSIN ACT 32
AN ACT to amend 92.06 (1) (b) 2. of the statutes; relating to: membership in county land conservation committees.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in
senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
SECTION 1. 92.06 (1) (b) 2. of the statutes is amended
to read:
92.06 (1) (b) 2. The county board shall appoint to the
land conservation committee a person who is the chair-
person of the county farm service agency committee cre-
ated under 16 USC 590h (b) or other county farm service
agency committee member designated by the chairper-
son of the county farm service agency committee
engaged in an agricultural use, as defined under s. 91.01
(2) (a) 1. to 7.
