| 15 | 15 | | committee and must appoint to the committee a person from the county's U.S. |

| 16 | 16 | | Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency (FSA). This bill removes the |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | requirement to appoint an FSA member to a county land conservation committee and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | replaces it with a requirement to appoint a person who is engaged in an agricultural |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | use. “Agricultural use” is defined as crop or forage production; keeping livestock; |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | beekeeping; nursery, sod, or Christmas tree production; floriculture; aquaculture; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | fur farming; and forest management. |

| 22 | 22 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |
