14 | 14 | Currently, the Public Records Board supervises the state's public records | |
15 | 15 | management and preservation programs and may set retention schedules for public | |
16 | 16 | records. However, the records and correspondence of any member of the legislature | |
17 | 17 | are excluded from the definition of “public records” for public records retention | |
18 | 18 | purposes. This bill eliminates that exclusion. | |
