| 16 | 16 | | on certain issues. This practice is called preemption. This bill repeals the |

| 17 | 17 | | preemptions of local governments from enacting or enforcing ordinances related to |

| 19 | 19 | | 1. Regulations related to wage claims and collections. |

| 20 | 20 | | 2. Regulation of employee hours and overtime, including scheduling of |
