| 15 | 15 | | promulgating any rule that does any of the following regarding liquefied petroleum |

| 16 | 16 | | gases used for vehicle fuel purposes: 1) prohibits self-service dispensing; or 2) |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | requires completion of training to dispense. Under current law, DSPS must |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | promulgate rules to establish rules and standards for the design, construction, |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | location, operation, and maintenance of equipment for storage, handling, use, and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | transportation by tank truck or tank trailer of liquefied petroleum gases used for fuel |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | purposes. |

| 22 | 22 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |

| 23 | 23 | | enact as follows: |

| 24 | 24 | | SECTION 1. 101.16 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 101.16 (2) (a) and amended |
