1010 AN ACT to amend 5.25 (3) of the statutes; relating to: notice of change in polling

1313 Under current law, polling places are required to be established for each
1414 election at least 30 days before the election.
1515 Under this bill, if a polling place changes its location after an election, notice
1616 of that change must be mailed to each residence the polling place serves no later than
1717 30 days before the next election.

2020 The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
2121 enact as follows:
2222 SECTION 1. 5.25 (3) of the statutes is amended to read:
2323 5.25 (3) Polling places shall be established for each election at least 30 days
2424 before the election. If a polling place changes its location after an election, the
2525 municipal clerk or board of election commissioners shall, no later than 30 days before
