ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1 Under Assembly Substitute Amendment 1, a recruitment award may not be granted to an instructor who was recently employed by a district board and the matching funds for the purpose of receiving a grant to purchase or enhance equipment or facilities may include in-kind contributions.
