| 15 | 15 | | on a temporary basis as a reserve judge. |

| 16 | 16 | | Under this bill, no person may be elected or appointed, other than as a |

| 17 | 17 | | temporary reserve judge, to serve as a supreme court justice or judge of a court of |

| 18 | 18 | | record if the date of election or appointment occurs on or after the date the person |

| 19 | 19 | | attains the age of 75 years. |
