| 14 | 14 | | management projects in the performance of the district's responsibilities. The bill |

| 15 | 15 | | prohibits MMSD from paying a county for this access, but allows MMSD to provide |

| 16 | 16 | | in-kind replacement or restoration of impacted county property or facilities. |
