18 | 18 | | otherwise be used to determine compliance with any state law or local ordinance. |

21 | 21 | | SECTION 1. 349.238 of the statutes is created to read: |

23 | 23 | | subdivision may install and maintain cameras where persons are engaged in work |

24 | 24 | | in a highway maintenance or construction area for the purpose of capturing video or |
