| 15 | 15 | | Week,” the purpose of which is to inform veterans about the benefits to which they |

| 17 | 17 | | requires the governor to issue an annual proclamation for the observance of |

| 18 | 18 | | “Veterans Education Week" that highlights the benefits to which veterans are |

| 19 | 19 | | entitled. |

| 20 | 20 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |

| 22 | 22 | | SECTION 1. 14.16 (9r) of the statutes is created to read: |

| 23 | 23 | | 14.16 (9r) VETERANS EDUCATION WEEK. To inform veterans about the benefits |

| 24 | 24 | | to which they are entitled and assist veterans in maximizing their use of such |

| 25 | 25 | | benefits, the week of November that starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday and in |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | which November 11 falls is designated “Veterans Education Week." The governor |
