| 19 | 19 | | SECTION 1. 146.904 of the statutes is created to read: |

| 20 | 20 | | 146.904 Itemized billing required by hospitals. (1) In this section: |

| 21 | 21 | | (a) “Hospital” has the meaning given in s. 50.33 (2). |

| 22 | 22 | | (b) “Patient” has the meaning given in s. 146.81 (3). |
