| 17 | 17 | | money from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The EIGP awards |

| 18 | 18 | | grants for projects related to energy efficiency and innovation. |

| 19 | 19 | | This bill appropriates $10,000,000 in general purpose revenue in each fiscal |

| 20 | 20 | | year of the 2023-25 fiscal biennium for the EIGP. |
