| 14 | 14 | | Under current law, a person may not dispose of a carcass the person knows is |

| 15 | 15 | | infected or suspected to be infected with a contagious or infectious disease in a |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | manner that creates a significant and foreseeable risk of transmitting disease to |

| 17 | 17 | | humans or animals. A person may not dispose of any animal carcass in the waters |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | of the state. |

| 19 | 19 | | Under current law, a person keeping farm-raised deer must register with the |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | Department of Natural Resources and comply with requirements relating to fencing. |

| 21 | 21 | | The person must also comply with applicable administrative rules promulgated by |

| 22 | 22 | | DNR and the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. |
