| 25 | | - | (2) PROHIBITION. (a) No person may offer for sale or |
|---|
| 26 | | - | sell, or offer a free sample of, a counterfeit lighter or |
|---|
| 27 | | - | unsafe lighter in this state. |
|---|
| 28 | | - | (b) The prohibition in par. (a) does not apply to any |
|---|
| 29 | | - | of the following: |
|---|
| 30 | | - | 1. The interstate transportation of counterfeit lighters |
|---|
| 31 | | - | or unsafe lighters that passes through this state. |
|---|
| 32 | | - | 2. The storage of counterfeit lighters or unsafe |
|---|
| 33 | | - | lighters in a warehouse or distribution center in this state, |
|---|
| 34 | | - | if the warehouse or distribution center is not open to the |
|---|
| 35 | | - | public for the purposes of retail sale or distribution. |
