6 | 6 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in |

7 | 7 | | senate and assembly, do enact as follows: |

8 | 8 | | SECTION 1. 946.645 of the statutes is created to read: |

9 | 9 | | 946.645 Picketing or parading at the residence of |
---|
10 | 10 | | a judge. (1) In this section, “judge” has the meaning |
---|
11 | 11 | | given in s. 940.203 (1) (b). |

12 | 12 | | (2) Whoever pickets, parades, or demonstrates at or |
---|
13 | 13 | | near any residence occupied or used by a judge with the |
---|
14 | 14 | | intent to interfere with, obstruct, or impede the adminis- |
---|
15 | 15 | | tration of justice or with the intent to influence any judge |
---|
16 | 16 | | in the discharge of his or her duty is guilty of a Class A |
---|
17 | 17 | | misdemeanor. |
