44 AN ACT to create 946.645 of the statutes; relating to: picketing or parading at the residence of a judge with the intent
55 to interfere with, obstruct, or impede the administration of justice or influence any judge and providing a penalty.
66 The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in
77 senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
88 SECTION 1. 946.645 of the statutes is created to read:
99 946.645  Picketing or parading at the residence of
1010 a judge. (1)  In this section, “judge” has the meaning
1111 given in s. 940.203 (1) (b).
1212 (2)  Whoever pickets, parades, or demonstrates at or
1313 near any residence occupied or used by a judge with the
1414 intent to interfere with, obstruct, or impede the adminis-
1515 tration of justice or with the intent to influence any judge
1616 in the discharge of his or her duty is guilty of a Class A
1717 misdemeanor.
