[2023 Assembly Bill 967]
Judicial Security Profiles
Under this act, judicial security forms, which establish certain safety and evacuation protocols for
judicial officers, are exempt from public records disclosures. The act defines a “judicial officer” as a
current or former Supreme Court justice, court of appeals judge, circuit court judge, municipal judge,
tribal judge, temporary or permanent reserve judge, or circuit, supplemental, or municipal court
commissioner.
Effective date: March 29, 2024
