| 9 | | - | 19.36 (14) JUDICIAL SECURITY PROFILES. (a) In this |

|---|
| 13 | | - | appeals judge, circuit court judge, municipal judge, tribal |

| 14 | | - | judge, temporary or permanent reserve judge, or circuit, |
|---|
| 15 | | - | supplemental, or municipal court commissioner. |

| 16 | | - | 2. “Judicial security profile form” means a form pre- |

| 17 | | - | scribed by the director of state courts. |

| 18 | | - | (b) An authority shall not provide access under s. |

| 19 | | - | 19.35 (1) to a judicial security profile form that is com- |
|---|
| 20 | | - | pleted by or on behalf of a judicial officer and used to |
|---|
| 21 | | - | develop an emergency response plan. |
