| 17 | 17 | | the amount of general purpose revenues appropriated to the Board of Regents. The |

| 18 | 18 | | prohibition first applies beginning in the 2024-25 academic year. |

| 24 | 24 | | 36.27 (1m) RESIDENT UNDERGRADUATE TUITION FREEZES. Beginning in the |
