| 13 | 13 | | Whereas, nearly a million students will return to Wisconsin schools at the end |

| 15 | 15 | | Whereas, state law requires K-12 students to receive certain immunizations |

| 16 | 16 | | to maintain herd immunity and protect the health of those who are unable to receive |

| 18 | 18 | | Whereas, immunizations are considered to be one of the greatest modern |

| 19 | 19 | | medical discoveries of the past century; and |

| 20 | 20 | | Whereas, vaccines are estimated to have prevented 26.8 million |

| 21 | 21 | | hospitalizations and 936,000 deaths among children born in the United States |
