| 10 | 10 | | football team in Wisconsin and the second-oldest semipro football team in the |

| 12 | 12 | | Whereas, with 667 wins, the Racine Raiders have more wins than any other |

| 13 | 13 | | semipro team in the country and the fifth-most wins of any noncollegiate football |

| 14 | 14 | | team in the United States, trailing only the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, New |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | York Giants, and the Pittsburgh Steelers; and |

| 16 | 16 | | Whereas, in 2023, the Racine Raiders joined the Gridiron Developmental |

| 17 | 17 | | Football League, went undefeated in the regular season with a record of 15-0, and |

| 19 | 19 | | Whereas, the Racine Raiders have won nine national titles—the most titles of |
