Relating to: establishing a special order of business for Thursday, September 14,

Resolved by the assembly, That:
SECTION 1. Special order scheduled. The following proposal shall be a
special order of business on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at the time shown:
(1)At 1:01 p.m., 2023 Assembly Bill 415,
SECTION 2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in SECTION 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
