Relating to: establishing special orders of business for Thursday, January 25, 2024.
Resolved by the assembly, That:
SECTION 1.  Special order scheduled.  The following proposals shall be
special orders of business on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at the times shown:
(1)At 10:01 a.m., 2023 Assembly Bill 34, relating to: restrictions on baiting
deer in counties based on chronic wasting disease or bovine tuberculosis.
(2) At 10:02 a.m., 2023 Assembly Bill 35, or 2023 Senate Bill 34, if it is in the
Assembly, relating to: modifying the designation of a free fishing weekend
in January.
(3) At 10:03 a.m., 2023 Assembly Bill 124, relating to: the definition of public
zoos and aquariums for purposes of captive wildlife regulations.
(4) At 10:04 a.m., 2023 Assembly Bill 130, or 2023 Senate Bill 136, if it is in
the Assembly, relating to: modifying administrative rules related to
supplemental aid for snowmobile trail maintenance and granting
rule-making authority.

celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the American Birkebeiner and
proclaiming February 19 to 25, 2024, as American Birkebeiner Week in
Wisconsin.
(32) At 10:32 a.m., 2023 Assembly Joint Resolution 105, Relating to: declaring
the week of January 21 to 27, 2024, School Choice Week and recognizing
the right of parents to select the best educational path for their children.
(33) At 10:32 a.m., 2023 Assembly Joint Resolution 106, Relating to:
recognizing the importance of sturgeon to Wisconsin and designating the
second Saturday of February in 2024 as State Sturgeon Spearing Day.

the people of Iran in their quest for a democratic government.
