| 14 | 14 | | career skills, interests, and talents in order to prepare them prior to graduation, not |

| 16 | 16 | | Whereas, technical college education provides industry-recognized credentials |

| 17 | 17 | | as well as wages within the related field; and |

| 18 | 18 | | Whereas, 93 percent of technical college graduates are employed within six |

| 19 | 19 | | months of graduation, and 9 in 10 of these graduates continue to live and work in the |

| 21 | 21 | | Whereas, the median salary for all degrees six months after graduation is over |
