Relating to: establishing special orders of business for Thursday, February 22,
2024.
Resolved by the assembly, That:
SECTION 1.  Special order scheduled.  The following proposals shall be
special orders of business on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at the times shown:
(1) At 11:27 a.m., 2023 Assembly Bill 19, relating to: spinal cord injury
research grants and symposia and making an appropriation.
(2) At 11:28 a.m., 2023 Assembly Bill 558, relating to: identification of the
Mount Horeb Veterans Memorial on state highway maps.
(3) At 11:29 a.m., 2023 Assembly Bill 940, relating to: funding for victim
services and domestic abuse services, training for grant recipients, grants
to child advocacy centers, and making an appropriation.
(4) At 11:30 a.m., 2023 Senate Bill 525, relating to: tinting windows on
government-owned vehicles.
(5) At 11:31 a.m., 2023 Senate Bill 539, relating to: county assistance to
certain nonprofit organizations.
(6) At 11:32 a.m., 2023 Senate Bill 654, relating to: modifying administrative
rules of the Department of Transportation relating to applications for
vehicle titles by nonresident insurance carriers.

SECTION 1
(7) At 11:33 a.m., 2023 Senate Bill 667, relating to: domestic asset protection
trusts.
(8) At 11:34 a.m., 2023 Senate Bill 932, relating to: modifications to building
program project budgets, selection of project architects and engineers,
single prime contracting, agency cooperation with energy conservation
contractors, timeline for claims before the Claims Board, and making a
transfer to the state building trust fund.
(9) At 11:35 a.m., 2023 Senate Bill 989, relating to: combining the choice
programs and granting rule-making authority.
SECTION 2.  Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in SECTION 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
