| 15 | 15 | | prohibits such operation on a lake smaller than 1,500 acres, on a lake with a |

| 16 | 16 | | maximum depth of less than 20 feet, and less than 700 feet from the shoreline or from |

| 17 | 17 | | any boat, swimmer, or other water user on a river or on a lake that is 1,500 acres or |
