| 18 | 18 | | of a controlled substance in his or her blood (OWI offense) or a first OWI offense for |

| 19 | 19 | | which his or her alcohol concentration is 0.15 or greater, a court must order the |

| 20 | 20 | | person's operating privilege restricted to operating vehicles that are equipped with |

| 21 | 21 | | an ignition interlock device. This bill expands the ignition interlock requirement to |

| 22 | 22 | | all OWI offenses that involve the use of alcohol. |
