| 18 | 18 | | LAW REVISION COMMITTEE PREFATORY NOTE: This bill is a remedial legislation |

| 19 | 19 | | proposal, requested by the Department of Corrections and introduced by the Law |

| 20 | 20 | | Revision Committee under s. 13.83 (1) (c) 4. and 5., stats. After careful consideration of |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | the various provisions of the bill, the Law Revision Committee has determined that this |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | bill makes minor substantive changes in the statutes, and that these changes are |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | desirable as a matter of public policy. |

| 24 | 24 | | SECTION 1. 302.01 (13) of the statutes is amended to read: |

| 25 | 25 | | 302.01 (13) The adult correctional institution established under s. 301.16 (1f) |

| 26 | 26 | | is named “Lincoln County Correctional Institution.” |
