| 17 | 17 | | environment. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is required to promulgate |

| 18 | 18 | | administrative rules identifying acceptable alternatives to these ozone-depleting |

| 19 | 19 | | substances. |

| 20 | 20 | | This bill provides that no state agency and no local governmental unit may |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | prohibit or limit the use of a refrigerant that the EPA has designated as acceptable |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | for use. |

| 23 | 23 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |
