24 | 24 | | include remission of certain student activity and incidental fees set by the student's |

26 | 26 | | This bill requires that a technical college district also remit to eligible |

27 | 27 | | individuals under the Wisconsin GI Bill the student activity and incidental fees set |

38 | 38 | | SECTION 1. 38.24 (7) (a) 1p. of the statutes is renumbered 38.24 (7) (a) 1p. |

40 | 40 | | 38.24 (7) (a) 1p. (intro.) “Fees" means the all of the following: |

41 | 41 | | a. The amount charged to a resident student under sub. (1m) (a) to (c) to enroll |

42 | 42 | | in a course leading to an associate degree, collegiate transfer, or vocational diploma. |

43 | 43 | | c. In the case of a distance education, online, or other course for which the |

44 | 44 | | amount charged to enroll in the course equals at least 100 percent of the cost of |

45 | 45 | | offering the course, “fees" includes the regular fees charged to a resident student |

46 | 46 | | under sub. (1m) (a) to (c) to enroll in the course and any additional fees charged to |

47 | 47 | | that student under sub. (1m) (a) to (c) to enroll in that course. |

48 | 48 | | SECTION 2. 38.24 (7) (a) 1p. b. of the statutes is created to read: |
