2023 WISCONSIN ACT 118
AN ACT to amend 48.84 (2g) (a) of the statutes; relating to: preadoption training formats.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in
senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
SECTION 1. 48.84 (2g) (a) of the statutes is amended
to read:
48.84 (2g) (a) At least 6 hours of training that is pro-
vided in person or through a live videoconference ses-
sion, either individually or in a group.
