Deputy Kaitie Leising Memorial
Highway
2023 Wisconsin Act 269 requires the Department of Transportation to designate and mark State Trunk
Highway 128, from State Trunk Highway 64 to Interstate 94, as the “Deputy Kaitie Leising Memorial
Highway” in honor and recognition of St. Croix County Sheriff’s Deputy Kaitie Leising.
Effective date: April 6, 2024
