88 AN ACT to create 20.505 (1) (au) and 20.505 (1) (av) of the statutes; relating to:

1212 This bill provides a total of $411,500,000 in funding from the 2023-24 fiscal
1313 year to the 2045-46 fiscal year for the Department of Administration to make
1414 payments under a grant awarded to a local professional baseball park district for the
1515 purpose of assisting in the development, construction, improvement, repair, and
1616 maintenance of baseball park facilities. The bill separately provides a total of
1717 $50,000,000 in funding for short-term loans awarded by DOA to a local professional
1818 baseball park district for that purpose.

2121 The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
2222 enact as follows:
2323 SECTION 1. 20.505 (1) (au) of the statutes is created to read:
2424 20.505 (1) (au) Grant to local professional baseball park district. A sum
2525 sufficient for payments to a local professional baseball park district under s. 16.09

3434 (3) to assist in the development, construction, improvement, repair , and
3535 maintenance of baseball park facilities, not to exceed the following:
3636 1. In fiscal year 2023-24, $60,800,000.
3737 2. In fiscal year 2024-25, $13,400,000.
3838 3. In fiscal year 2025-26, $13,900,000.
3939 4. In fiscal year 2026-27, $14,500,000.
4040 5. In fiscal year 2027-28, $15,100,000.
4141 6. In fiscal year 2028-29, $15,700,000.
4242 7. In fiscal year 2029-30, $16,300,000.
4343 8. In fiscal year 2030-31, $17,000,000.
4444 9. In fiscal year 2031-32, $17,600,000.
4545 10. In fiscal year 2032-33, $18,300,000.
4646 11. In fiscal year 2033-34, $19,100,000.
4747 12. In each fiscal year from 2034-35 to 2040-41, $20,000,000.
4848 13. In each fiscal year from 2041-42 to 2045-46, $10,000,000.
4949 SECTION 2. 20.505 (1) (av) of the statutes is created to read:
5050 20.505 (1) (av) Loans to local professional baseball park district. A sum
5151 sufficient for loans to a local professional baseball park district created under subch.
5252 III of ch. 229 to assist in the development, construction, improvement, repair, and
5353 maintenance of baseball park facilities, as defined in s. 229.65 (1), not to exceed
