| 9 | 9 | | AN ACT to renumber and amend 7.50 (2) (em) of the statutes; relating to: |

| 15 | 15 | | later than noon on the Friday immediately preceding the election. The registration |

| 16 | 16 | | must include, among other information, the name and mailing address of the |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | candidate committee and the candidate committee treasurer. |

| 18 | 18 | | Under this bill, no candidate losing in the partisan primary may file a |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | registration statement to have write-in votes for the candidate counted in the |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | general election. |

| 21 | 21 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | enact as follows: |

| 23 | 23 | | SECTION 1. 7.50 (2) (em) of the statutes is renumbered 7.50 (2) (em) 1. and |
