15 | 15 | requirements for marriage, or the marriage is otherwise prohibited by the laws of | |
16 | 16 | this state. This bill adds a new ground for annulment of a marriage if the parties | |
17 | 17 | have been married for less than one year and no pregnancy resulted from the | |
18 | 18 | marriage. | |
19 | 19 | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do | |
20 | 20 | enact as follows: | |
21 | 21 | SECTION 1. 767.313 (1) (e) of the statutes is created to read: | |
