| 17 | 17 | | Under current law, the Department of Veterans Affairs may annually grant up |

| 18 | 18 | | to $75,000 to the Wisconsin department of the American Legion for the operation of |

| 19 | 19 | | Camp American Legion. This bill increases the amount the department may grant |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | to up to $120,000, and directs that the granted money be used to pay up to half of the |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | annual wages and salaries associated with the operation of Camp American Legion, |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | or $120,000 for the annual wages and salaries associated with the operation of Camp |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | American Legion, whichever is less. |
