Amendment 1
2023 SENATE BILL 66
Under current law, an “F” endorsement, a special farm service commercial driver’s license (CDL), is
available for a seasonal employee in a farm service industry. The endorsement is available for a seasonal
period not to exceed 180 days in a calendar year.
The bill provides that such an endorsement is available for a seasonal period not to exceed 210 days.
ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1
Assembly Amendment 1 modifies the applicable Department of Transportation administrative rules to
provide that an “F” endorsement may be granted for a period not to exceed 210 days, instead of 180
days.
