1111 AN ACT to repeal 66.1010 of the statutes; relating to: repealing the prohibition
1212 against local governments enacting or enforcing an eviction moratorium on a
1313 landlord.
1414 Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
1515 Under current law, no city, village, town, or county may enact or enforce an
1616 ordinance that imposes a moratorium on a landlord from pursuing an eviction action
1717 against a tenant of the landlord's residential or commercial property.
1818 This bill repeals that provision.

2121 The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
2222 enact as follows:
2323 SECTION 1. 66.1010 of the statutes is repealed.
