13 | 13 | | every inmate being held in a state correctional institution or county house of |

14 | 14 | | correction with three hours per week of outdoor time, unless the inmate is being held |

15 | 15 | | in the Milwaukee secure detention facility, in which case the three-hour per week |

16 | 16 | | requirement does not apply until the inmate's 91st day of holding at that institution. |

21 | 21 | | SECTION 1. 302.073 of the statutes is created to read: |

22 | 22 | | 302.073 Outdoor access by inmates of state correctional institutions or |

23 | 23 | | county houses of correction. (1) (a) Except as provided in par. (b), the warden |
---|
24 | 24 | | or superintendent of a state correctional institution shall ensure that each inmate |
