| 15 | 15 | | renewable resources programs, known as Focus on Energy, that current law requires |

| 16 | 16 | | investor-owned electric and natural gas utilities to fund. Under the bill, the Public |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | Service Commission must require those utilities to spend 2.4 percent of their annual |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | operating revenues derived from retail sales to fund Focus on Energy and related |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | programs. Under current law, the amount those utilities must spend is 1.2 percent |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | of their annual operating revenues derived from retail sales. |
