51 | | - | SECTION 6. 165.85 (3) (c) of the statutes is amended |

119 | | - | sional, shall be fingerprinted on 2 fingerprint cards, each |
---|
120 | | - | bearing a complete set of the person’s fingerprints, or by |
---|
121 | | - | other technologies approved by the department of justice. |
---|
122 | | - | The fingerprints shall be submitted to the department of |
---|
123 | | - | justice for verification of the identify of the person fin- |
---|
124 | | - | gerprinted and to obtain records of his or her criminal |
---|
125 | | - | arrests and convictions in Wisconsin. The department of |
---|
126 | | - | justice shall provide for the submission of the fingerprint |
---|
127 | | - | cards or fingerprints by other technologies to the federal |
---|
128 | | - | bureau of investigation for the purpose of verifying the |
---|
129 | | - | person fingerprinted and obtaining records of his or her |
---|
130 | | - | criminal arrests and convictions on file with the federal |
---|
131 | | - | bureau of investigation. |
---|
132 | | - | 4. No person who has been convicted of any federal |
---|
133 | | - | felony, any crime of domestic violence, or of any offense |
---|
134 | | - | that, if committed in Wisconsin, could be punished as a |
---|
135 | | - | felony qualifies for certification as a tactical emergency |
---|
136 | | - | medical services professional unless he or she has been |
---|
137 | | - | granted an absolute and unconditional pardon for the |
---|
