2023 WISCONSIN ACT
AN ACT to create 20.255 (3) (eh) and 115.28 (66) of the statutes; relating to: funding for the Nathan and Esther
Pelz Holocaust Education Resource Center and making an appropriation.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in
senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
SECTION 1. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts
for the purposes indicated:

SECTION 2. 20.255 (3) (eh) of the statutes is created
to read:
20.255 (3) (eh) Holocaust education resource center.
The amounts in the schedule for payments to the Milwau-
kee Jewish Federation, Inc., under s. 115.28 (66).
SECTION 3. 115.28 (66) of the statutes is created to
read:
115.28 (66) HOLOCAUST EDUCATION RESOURCE CEN-
TER. Annually distribute the amounts appropriated under
s. 20.255 (3) (eh) to the Milwaukee Jewish Federation,
Inc., to support the Nathan and Esther Pelz Holocaust
Education Resource Center.
