2023 Wisconsin Act 248 creates a $200,000 annual appropriation to the Department of Public
Instruction for payments to the Milwaukee Jewish Federation, Inc., to support the Nathan and Esther
Pelz Holocaust Education Resource Center.
Effective date: March 31, 2024
