| 13 | 13 | | Under this bill, it is a Class A misdemeanor to picket, parade, or demonstrate |

| 14 | 14 | | at or near any residence occupied by a judge with the intent to interfere with, |

| 15 | 15 | | obstruct, or impede the administration of justice or with the intent to influence any |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | judge in the discharge of his or her duty. A Class A misdemeanor is punishable by |

| 17 | 17 | | a fine of up to $10,000 or imprisonment not to exceed nine months, or both. |

| 18 | 18 | | Because this bill creates a new crime or revises a penalty for an existing crime, |

| 19 | 19 | | the Joint Review Committee on Criminal Penalties may be requested to prepare a |
