16 | 16 | | judge in the discharge of his or her duty. A Class A misdemeanor is punishable by |

17 | 17 | | a fine of up to $10,000 or imprisonment not to exceed nine months, or both. |

18 | 18 | | Because this bill creates a new crime or revises a penalty for an existing crime, |
