| 13 | 13 | | as a sex offender if he or she has been convicted of certain sex offenses or found not |

| 14 | 14 | | guilty of certain sex offenses by reason of mental disease or defect. The length of time |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | that the person must register varies depending on the offense or the number of |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | convictions or findings. |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | This bill adds keeping a place of prostitution to the list of sex offenses for which |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | a person must register as a sex offender. |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | enact as follows: |

| 21 | 21 | | SECTION 1. 301.45 (1d) (b) of the statutes is amended to read: |
