| 20 | 20 | | the provision that a legal status identical or substantially similar to that of a |

| 21 | 21 | | marriage for unmarried individuals shall not be valid or recognized in this state. |

| 23 | 23 | | legislatures, and ratification by the people, before it can become effective. |

| 24 | 24 | | Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That: |
