18 | 18 | | agencies to assist eligible families with obtaining goods and services related to the |

19 | 19 | | care of a person with Alzheimer[s disease or another irreversible dementia. |

20 | 20 | | Currently, a person is financially eligible for the program if the joint income of the |
---|
21 | 21 | | person with irreversible dementia and that person[s spouse, if any, is $48,000 per |
---|
22 | 22 | | year or less. This bill repeals the financial eligibility requirement. |
