| 19 | 19 | | journeyworker for each apprentice. This bill increases the allowable ratio to one |

| 20 | 20 | | journeyworker to two apprentices. |

| 21 | 21 | | The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do |

| 23 | 23 | | SECTION 1. 106.015 (1) of the statutes is amended to read: |
